The Elixir 7000 Series is a vinyl-steel combination exterior door designed for manufactured homes, mobile homes, or modular / “house-type” installations.

Construction & Insulation
The door skin is vinyl-laminated galvanized steel — offering strength, durability, and weather resistance. It features a foam-insulated core (polyurethane insulation) for improved energy efficiency (better R-value).

Jamb
The 6.5" jamb is made of cellular PVC and is available in white only.

Storm Door
A conventional storm door, available in white.

Security Features
The door includes a drive-in swivel lock bolt, with deadbolt and knocker viewer for added safety.

Additional Features

The door features a double seal with weatherstripping and a folded edge steel door core to protect against air, light, and water. It also includes an adjustable door stop, sloped threshold, and adjustable striker plates.

Certifications
The door meets Florida Building Code standards and is AAMA certified.
