How do I return/cancel an order/item?

No merchandise can be returned without our prior approval. All returns are subject to original shipping and a 15% Restocking Fee. Customers are also responsible for return shipping.

Customers will pay all return shipping charges if delivery of an item is refused for other than damage, this includes missed appointments, unable to reach the customer to set a delivery appointment.
The return freight will be deducted from the refund amount. The return policy of original shipping and 15% restocking fee also applies.

All Requests for authorization to return merchandise must be made within 10 days of delivery and accompanied by a Copy of the RMA ( Returned Merchandise Authorization).

All orders considered special order IE: cut skirting, items not normally stocked, custom sized items etc or clearance items may not be returned.
All AC/Heating and Electrical Parts, may not be returned.

All clearance items are final sale/no returns. Exceptions are for documented freight damage.

Items returned for exchange (wrong color, size etc) will need to be returned with an RMA number prior to the exchanged item being shipped back out. (return shipping and reshipping back to the customer is the customers responsibility)

It is the customer's responsibility to check the merchandise for possible damage and correctness at time of delivery, before signing the receiving document(s). Any shortages or concealed damage noted after the delivery will be filed by the customer with the delivering freight carrier or delivery agent. The carriers allow a 5 day window for these claims (weekends and holidays are included in this time frame)

NOTE:

Once an order has been marked as pending or ready to ship, no changes can be made to the order or shipping address.

Any orders canceled after batch out (currently 8:00pm EST) will have a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
